Question: When taking this "be fruitful" in the old testament..crossing over to the New testament and new covenant..shouldn't these things be taken to heart even more in a spiritual meaning? Is our fruitfulness now more of discipleship and showing the fruit of the spirit?
Just wondering, and pondering how it crosses over...
God Bless!
Darla, great comments. I think the fruitfulness in Galatians reflects God's nature, so our fruitfulness should reflect God's nature. The more fruit we bear, the more we reveal God. I see that as a huge calling for us, to reveal God's nature. Thanks for your comments!
